On my last night in Sydney, I went for a dinner at Hurricane's Grill & Bar, Darling Harbour. According to my friend, the Hurricane is famous for its ribs.
This restaurant is a fully licensed steakhouse restaurant at one of Sydney's most famous waterside destinations, Darling Harbour.

Located in Harbourside Shopping Centre, the restaurant has excellent views of Cockle Bay and the city skyline.

I ordered steak & ribs combo (AUS $39)
Their ribs are basted in a special rib sauce, really finger-licking good 
My steak was cooked to perfection
prefect chilled white wine pairings with the ribs^^
